With a line up which boasts bringing the best bands of the current day together, the Isle of Wight Festival has announced its 2018 line up. Depeche Mode, The Killers, Kasabian and Liam Gallagher are to headline the famous festival.
John Giddings of the Isle of Wight Festival has said: “this year’s line-up brings together the best bands of the moment.” Excitingly, the line up so far is the perfect beginnings to what will be a famous year of music.
Also included on the bill include Van Morrison, Blossoms and James Bay.
Headliners Kasabian are already experiencing a sensational year following the release of latest album ‘For Crying Out Loud.’ They are currently embarked on a nationwide arena tour, one of their biggest to date. Liam Gallagher is also in a similar situation, his third coming as a solo star has been exceptional since its outset.
Last year’s line up included Arcade Fire, Run DMC, Kaiser Chiefs, The Sherlocks and more. It is famous for also playing home to world renowned acts such as The Doors, The Rolling Stones and Jimi Hendrix in the past.
The festival takes place on 22 June 2018 at Newport’s Seaclose Park.
