Click On This: Calva Louise, The Americas, Family Jools & More!

‘Click On This’ is a collection of our favourite songs here at Click HQ. We update each Sunday. Have a suggestion? Want your music featured? Do let us know! You can follow daily via our Instagram stories (ClickMusic_UK) or via the Spotify link below.

Calva Louise – Belicoso

‘Belicoso’ is space like, an upbeat nod to the future. Close your eyes and you’d be forgiven for confusing this with a Grimes song. It has all the elements of technological indie-pop.

The Americas – Dream About You

The Americas ooze positivity. Their 70s-esque twang comes from echoey, clean guitar riffs and melodic vocals. ‘Dream About You’ is an exceptional offering.

Family Jools – California Sun

‘California Sun’ is anthemic, an ode to guitar’s heyday.  It’s chorus is most exciting, no doubt suited best to summer festivals and larger venues. Family Jools constantly leave us wanting more!

Indigo – Guadeloupe

‘Guadeloupe’ is laid back and melodic, best suited to lazy afternoons and long evening drives. Sitting in a musical gap between Peace and Mac Demarco, it is clear that there is a market for Indigo’s intrinsic brand of music.

The Dunts – Bad Decisions

The Dunts are a throwback to 00s indie. They are amongst Scotland’s newfound musical charge, led by the likes of Gerry Cinnamon and Shambolics. ‘Bad Decisions’ is fast, upbeat and ferocious.

Click Music is more than a music site. It is an organisation, a collective, a homepage for a scene which is more powerful, more corrosive and more relevant than ever.
